Paul brings extensive expertise in acquiring and repositioning multifamily apartment buildings, with a strong foundation in the construction industry and a deep understanding of real estate. His leadership has been instrumental in SC Capital’s growth, driven by problem-solving skills, optimizing project outcomes, and building high-performing teams. Growing up in a family construction business, Paul learned from the ground up, developing the ability to analyze challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
